Tel: 0030 2610 226 063 THEATRE GROUPS Patras Municipal and Regional Theatre Group (DI.PE.THE) Patras' Municipal & Regional Theatre was founded in 1988. Its main objective is to promote modern Greek theatre plays, but also several well-known plays of the world play writing. The Theatre's productions and theatrical activities reflect its entertaining, informative and educational character. Every summer, the Municipal and Regional Theatre tours around Greece, participating in several Greek Festivals. Since the beginning, its team has included a number of young talented actors, many of whom have subsequently become quite famous in Athens' theatres. During the last years, the Theatre expanded, adding more stages to its central one, "Apollo": the Roman Odeon, the experimental stage of "Epikedro" and the Theatre of "Agora".
